PPMS

As an information system, used for moulds developing and manufacturing, PPMS(Project Progress Management System)，was developed independently by MOM Services. It has been applied to project management for two years successfully.

Each process of design and production is gathered in the system. We can also customize the process and action items.

The progress mainly includes design and purchase, cores machining process, diebase machining, assembly & final fitting, die improvement.

The plan schedule will be maintained in the system according to delivery time. As soon as each action item is fulfilled, the actual time will be submitted to PPMS accordingly.
